You as a client of Bridgerland Financial have a right to:

  1. Have all phone calls returned within 24 business hours.

  2. Have all emails returned within 3 business days.

  3. Know all costs of services up-front and clear.

  4. Have a written financial plan (if purchased).

  5. Weekly market commentary emailed weekly (email required).

  6. Have your best interest put first, not that of the company or it’s vendors.

  7. Have a full explanation on why a solution being presented is right for you.

  8. Ask for and receive information from us regarding the work history and background of the advisor and his staff.

  9. Access your funds in a timely manner and receive information about any restrictions or limitations.

  10. Receive a copy of all completed account forms and agreements.
